LMC exports of Jute products have been growing steadily; but they have been limited to only a few markets. The EU and the US remain the major export destinations with little percentage for export market. The product mix would need to be tailor made for each major market and would need to be evolved for individual countries.

The LMC product sector is known for innovative products. LMC is yet to make its presence felt on the global stage with brands, products and processes. Jute Shopping & Promotional Bags is a product, which is an exceptionally strong natural fibre and is biodegradable. The world is starting to realize that plastic should not be used. Many countries have prohibited plastics for betterment of health and environment. Considering its hazardous nature, more and more cities and countries all over are replacing plastic bags with eco-friendly substitutes. In terms of reusability, space usage, cost, durability and porosity, Jute has picked up an enormous significance over the years. Therefore, we can take our next target for those products for fruit, vegetable merchant to a fashion store at higher prices reflecting higher wages for both in the domestic as well as in the international market. This would need imaginative and sustained promotional efforts.
8. Making Agents & Branch to foreign countries
Agencies are most important part for our business so that they can generate local approach for buying our goods. Therefore, we shall generate agencies upcoming year for better goal of the business. In addition, we shall open at least one or two branch in foreign countries.
9. Growth of exports
To increase competitiveness and accelerate the growth of exports close to $300,000 in total sales by the end of the current fiscal year.
