For the Manufacturing units, have small capacities and low manufacturing efficiencies, which are a disadvantage in the global market competition. To bring them at par with global counterparts there is a need to facilitate rapid growth and modernization of existing units with potential for success.

For achieving the production capacities envisaged, additional skilled manpower would be needed. Productive and skilled manpower is the only way to achieve global competitiveness and to derive the full benefit of the demographic and vast advantage that LMC would clearly have over the next decade.

Digital marketing allows reaching our target audience online, in a variety of ways, on a variety of platforms. Digital marketing includes methods like social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, web design, and more. Therefore, it includes strategies that allow us to target our exact audience online, allowing making more sales, driving more traffic to our website, and increasing revenue year over year.

4. Diversification of Exports in terms of Products and Markets

LMC exports of Jute products have been growing steadily; but they have been limited to only a few markets. The EU and the US remain the major export destinations with little percentage for export market. The product mix would need to be tailor made for each major market and would need to be evolved for individual countries.
 
5. Promoting Innovation

The LMC product sector is known for innovative products. LMC is yet to make its presence felt on the global stage with brands, products and processes. Business process innovation, building brands and creating designs should be the immediate priority. Environmental concerns would keep rising in this century and LMC should try to position itself in the global frontier as an eco-friendly hub in the entire value chain of the product sector.

6. New Approach towards JUCO & CANVAS materials

For better environment friendly world, JUCO & CANVAS are members in eco-friendly Bag Family. Considering plastics hazardous nature, more and more cities and countries all over are replacing plastic bags with eco-friendly substitutes. That is why our next target to increase use of materials for JUCO & CANVAS including JUTE too.  

7. New Approach towards Shopping & Promotional Bags

Jute Shopping & Promotional Bags is a product, which is an exceptionally strong natural fibre and is biodegradable. The world is starting to realize that plastic should not be used. Many countries have prohibited plastics for betterment of health and environment. Considering its hazardous nature, more and more cities and countries all over are replacing plastic bags with eco-friendly substitutes. In terms of reusability, space usage, cost, durability and porosity, Jute has picked up an enormous significance over the years. Therefore, we can take our next target for those products for fruit, vegetable merchant to a fashion store at higher prices reflecting higher wages for both in the domestic as well as in the international market. This would need imaginative and sustained promotional efforts.

8. Making Agents & Branch to foreign countries

Agencies are most important part for our business so that they can generate local approach for buying our goods. Therefore, we shall generate agencies upcoming year for better goal of the business. In addition, we shall open at least one or two branch in foreign countries.

9. Growth of exports

To increase competitiveness and accelerate the growth of exports close to $300,000 in total sales by the end of the current fiscal year.
